International Choral Songs in Nice, France : 15/18.10.2026

The city center of Nice on the French Riviera is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy your participation in the Nice festival, visit this wonderfull city and meet choirs from other countries and cultures. Albert Tosan, conductor of Voix de Nice and Chœur de La Roche invites you to share very good times during the International Choral Festival in NICE.

Festival open to amateur choirs of all levels (children, young people and adults, women, men, mixed choirs) for any repertoire (classical, sacred songs, Gospel or Negro Spiritual music, folk songs from your country, ancient and contemporary songs). The concerts are organized in Catholic places: your list of songs will be submited for approval to Mr Albert Tosan.

You will present your program of songs during two concerts:

• Joint concert with a local choir on Friday late afternoon in a church in Nice.
• Highlight of the festival on Saturday afternoon in a church close to the Vieux Nice area, bringing together all the choirs. To end this moment all the choirs will sing the Common Song,  “Cantoricum Jubilae” (from Joshua) – G.F. Haendel
• Dinner with all choristers on Saturday evening
• Guided tour of Vieux Nice area

Program 4 days / 3 nights

Thursday – Arrival in Nice

Check-in at hotel at your arrival in Nice. Opening Ceremony ath the Mediterranean Universitary Centre from 6:30pm (according to the number of choristers)

Optional dinnertime. Hotel accommodation.

Friday – Nice

Breakfast at hotel.

Morning : guided visit of the Old Nice.

Optionnal lunchtime.

Afternoon : freetime or possibility of organizing an excursion with visit of a perfumery in Eze.

Evening : friendly joint concert with a local choir in a church in Nice, followed by a Friendship drink.

Hotel accommodation.

Saturday – Nice

Breakfast at hotel.

Free morning.

Free lunch.

Afternoon, Festival of Choral Song, in the presence of Albert Tosan, Choir Master of the Voices of Nice. Each choir will perform in a church in Nice (duration 20 to 30 minutes for each choir including going up on stage and coming down) in front of the Nice public. The festival ends with the common song “Canticorum Jubilo” (Haendel) and the graduation.

Evening, from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.: Closing dinner for all participants in a typical restaurant with Nice cuisine.

Sunday – Departure or extension

Breakfast at hotel.

Opportunity of participating in a Mass (on request)

Departure from hotel. End of services.
