Costa Brava: 9th International Festival

Costa Brava, touristic and cultural well-known place, propose its 9th International Festival for Choirs & Orchestras in Lloret de Mar. Spring time is the ideal season for cool sunshine. You will be accommodated at hotels in the city and you will meet other local and foreign groups. Your main performance should be 30 to 45 minuts with a free repertoire of your choice.
Minimum 22 persons

Day 1: COSTA BRAVA

Arrival in Spain.
Participation in a parade and concert with other choirs.
Free lunchtime.
Hearing of a concert.
Dinner. Night.

Day 2: COSTA BRAVA

Breakfast
Morning, departure for a guided excursion in Barcelona – with your coach.
Visit of the city-center with the Gothic area, the ramblas, the façade of buildings created by Anton Gaudi, panoramic tour to Parc Guell (Entrance fee NOT included)
Free lunchtime in Barcelona.
Back to hotel in the afternoon.
Meet the Choir Masters & Orchestras and their formation, rehearsal et participation in a concert.
Dinner. Night.

Day 3: COSTA BRAVA

Breakfast.
Morning, excursion with local assistance to Montserrat – with your coach.
Visit of the Santa Maria Abbey.
Free lunchtime
Back to hotel in th afternoon.
Hearing of a concert.
Dinner. Night.

Day 4: COSTA BRAVA – Gerona – Back hom

Breakfast
Morning, departure with your coach and stop at Gerona : guided visit.
Free lunchtime.
End of our services.

Visits can be switched according to the organization of the festival.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

• 3 x bed & breakfast in the hotel category of your choice, each room well equipped with bath or shower and toilets
• 3 x dinner (3 course-menu, drinks NOT included)
• Organization of your stay and participation to the Festival including the Parade, the concert with all participants in a concert venue in Lloret de Mar with rehearsal, one concert in a church or other venue, thee diploma of participation
• English speaking guide/assistance for the visit of Barcelona
• English speaking guide/assistance for the visit of Montserrat
• English speaking guide/assistance for the visit of Gerona
• 1 free pax in ½ double room for a minimum of 25 paying participants

• Choirs : performance of a free program of songs (30 min maximum – subject to the final choice of the organizers)
• Orchestras : performance of a free program (45 min maximum – subject to the final choice of the organizers)
• Minimum 22 persons (including the accompanying people)
