Mouv’Ton Choeur- THE festival dedicated to choirs that incorporate movement – was created bu choral conductor Marie-Françoise GRASSET and Accords d’Airs Association. Held in a magnificient theater, the festival combines a repertoire of pop, vocal jazz, pop-rock, and gospel with staged movement for the singers; gestures or choreography are a requirement.
An innovative concept for a festival blending voice AND movement within an exclusively contemporary genre!
Open to amateur and semi-professional vocal groups from France and abroad (mixed, men’s, women’s and youth choirs)
The event features concerts lasting approximately 45 minutes on the magnifiient stage of the Aix-les-Bains Theater, as well as 20-minute outdoor perfomances.
Program:
Festival Mouv’Ton Choeur – Aix-les-Bains
2 evening concerts in the theater in the Casino of Aix-les-Bains (Friday and Saturday at 08:00pm)
2 open-air performances at the Ai-xles-Bains Town Hall bandstand and Théâtre de Verdure or similar in city-center (Saturday 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and Sunday 10: AM – 12:00 PM)
1 buffet lunch bringing all choir members together on Sunday
